For those seeking convenience, the church on Saturday is located near Colón metro station. Staying at a hotel nearby, or in the Almagro, Justicia, Recoletos or Trafalgar neighborhoods, would be practical but is by no means necessary.

Every neighborhood in Madrid has its own unique charm. We particularly love the area around Santa Barbara church, where the wedding will take place, and the nearby Plaza Olavide.

If it's your first time in Madrid, you might enjoy experiencing the culture in La Latina, the city's most traditional district. While it’s only about 20 minutes to get anywhere in the city, we recommend taking some time to enjoy a Sunday afternoon beer here after the wedding!
